WEST MARIN VACATION RENTALS Thank you for your interest in renting a vacation home in our beautiful area.
All of our homes are completely furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, dinnerware, blankets and pillows; firewood is provided for the fireplace; kindling is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels (except for CLOUDS), or if you wish they may be rented for $20 per bed, per change.
In addition to the rental fee and 10% occupancy tax, there is a refundable deposit of $150 or more. The deposit is due immediately after making a reservation in order to secure it. Your deposit will be refunded to you if the home is left in good order and no damage has occurred.
Unless special arrangements are made, you may check-in at 3:00 p.m. and will be expected to check-out by 1:00 p.m. on your day of departure.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.
We must receive payment in full no later than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
Shortly after booking one of our homes, you will receive a letter confirming your reservation and a rental contract, which must be signed and returned. The confirmation will contain terms and conditions of rental and additional information on the home. Maps will be sent app. 1 week prior to arrival.
