INVERNESS HOMES AUNT KATIE’S TREEHOUSE
In a quiet hillside area of First Mesa, this gently restored Old Inverness home features three queen bedrooms and two baths. Enter into a warm and spacious wood-paneled living room with wood-burning stove. Views of the tree tops greet you thru every window. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and full dining room, central heat and a gas barbecue. Seven skylights brighten the rooms and a covered front porch and side brick patio with gas barbecue provide outdoor living in any weather.
The smaller bedroom is located on the main floor next to a full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub. The two larger bedrooms are upstairs with a modern bathroom and tiled shower between.
For your entertainment there are board games, jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, and binoculars for great birdwatching. There is cable TV and a radio/CD player. And don’t miss the Landing Library for your reading pleasure.
This home is a short walk along wooded paths to the village of Inverness and Tomales Bay. Drive to Point Reyes National Seashore and the town of Pt. Reyes.

This beautiful home is located a short walk from Manka's Restaurant. It is enclosed inside a fence giving you privacy within an all natural setting. There is one bedroom with a double bed downstairs and a second private bedroom upstairs with one twin. There are also sleeping arrangements within the large living/dining/kitchen area. The large deck is complete with deck furniture and BBQ pit.

This bright sun filled home is located in a quiet area surrounded by woods. A view of Tomales Bay can be seen from inside as well as from the spacious deck. Upstairs you will find a large sleeping area with one double bed. Off this room you will find a private bedroom with a queen bed. The bath is also located upstairs. Downstairs is the cozy kitchen, dining area and comfortable living area with a wood stove to cuddle by.

Take the steep stairway down to this bayfront getaway and enjoy your own private beach, walk down the pier, or just sit quietly on the deck listening to the water birds at low tide. At high tide, the water lapping gently under you gives the illusion of lounging on a boat as you rest from the stress of the outside world. This cottage is ideal for one or two couples with two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. There are all of the amenities without losing any of the charm as you sit by the cozy woodstove watching the tide roll in and out or enjoying the pastoral views across the Bay.

This is a three bedroom, two bath home located in the beautiful Seahaven area north of Inverness. This all wood open home with high cathedral ceilings and many light-giving windows is a short walk from Shell Beach on Tomales Bay. There is a nice view of Tomales Bay from the living area and deck. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and full bath. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds in one and a twin and queen in the other. There is a full bath separating these two bedrooms. This tri-level home with its beautiful grounds and open living area is the perfect getaway home.

A wood burning stove in the living area keeps the home warm and comfortable.

This is a two-story, three bedroom, 2 bath home. The living area, kitchen, and dining room is one large open area. There are two bedrooms and one full bath on this floor. One bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, the other with two twins. Downstairs has a very large family room, a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. There are two wood burning stoves, one upstairs, the other downstairs.

This house is located close to Tomales Bay, with pleasant views of the Bay framed by trees. It has two decks, one overlooking the Bay, one oriented toward the woods. The house's lower level has two large bedrooms with a double bed and a queen bed. The main level, with many windows, is an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with a wood stove, large sofa/futon, and other sleeping arrangements in the loft area. The house has 1-1/2 baths upstairs, 1 full bath downstairs. The location is an easy walk to Chicken Ranch Beach and accessible to rambles on hillside roads. This is a grand getaway place for a weekend or as long as you like.

Situated in a setting of stately pine and redwood trees. Wildwood takes you back to the days of "Old Inverness." Located on the Mesa above the village of Inverness, this two-story, redwood paneled home provides a setting for relaxation and enjoyment. The home is mentioned in the book "Cheaper by the Dozen" as where they came to visit their grandparents. Wildwood has four bedrooms and one bath upstairs, two bedrooms and one bath downstairs along with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A large deck with a view of the valley encircles the home where you can relax, barbeque, and children can play. It is a short walk to town, Manka's Restaurant, or a brief drive to nearby beaches and trails.
